Susenas (National Economics Census) Data of Indonesia 2007 pointed out that number of household who is headed by a woman has achieved 13.60 % or approximately 6 million households which covered more than 30 million citizens. If it was compared with Data 2001 when the first time PEKKA was considered was less than 13 %, this data pointed out a trend of woman headed household progress was average at 0.1 % per year.

Communication, Information, Mass Media besides have an important role and determine to the success of democratics politics system development but also relate to effort of educating nation. Besides that, a society already more understand and aware their rights to reach the true information and on the right time. Community media as Mass Communication media has an important role in life of social, culture, politics, and economics, has a freedom and responsibility in implement its function as an information media, education, entertainment, also social glue and control.
Education for all activities were focused on giving scholarships and school tools to children of poor women headed household, on training of alternative education organizing for poor people and on developing educational activities. Besides these activities, advocacy was also carried out to make them able to get access to qualified and cheap education. The running of educational activities at the field level was coordinated by Village Education Committee (KPD) established with members consisting of representatives of women headed household groups and other social elements in the village.
