Nani Zulminarni

The Commander. That mark is very close to some people ears in PEKKA community. Nani is the person who gives “soul” and a prime responsible person at once to all empowerment process that is done by PEKKA.

Her experiences more than 20 years in women empowerment field at grassroots level has been a strong basic in her leadership to create a high quality cadre that is potential in basic level. This Jazz music listeners dreams that this program activities have to be able to make a social change towards widow status in a society .

Mien Rianingsih
Program Coordinator of PoliticalEmpowerment

 “Cirebon people“  is the nick name that her friends often calls her. She is the pioneer in organizing a basic society, has been walking on foot from village to village to meet, to discuss, and to give a spirit for the women who live ignorance in this motherland space through PPSW (Center For Woman Resources Development) and Pekka for 23 years.

Born on June 6th, same with the first Indonesia President. She has a motto in her life “Success, Sublime, and Spirit”, those words are often be said  which “her said” giving energy to run this life.

Her responsibility as political empowerment coordinator is a big challenge in nowdays indonesia situation. Preparing women to be a leader, facilitating pekka to do a policy advocacy especially budget gender advocacy, facilitating women to critical towards many problems of unfair gender, supporting women to understand politics and have a willingness to learn politics world, Those are some activities that she has been doing .

Kodar Tri Wusananingsih
Program Coordinator of Lifelong Learning

She usually is called Kodar. The 3rd  children from 7 siblings was born in Kebumen on 3 December 1963. Kodar lives in Bogor together with her husband and her two children. In 1988, two years after garduated from IPB (Bogor Agriculture Institute), she joined in PPSW (Center For Woman Resources Development) as a research staff and then involved in women empowerment program in PPSW until 1998.

After she had been furlough for 4 years from PPSW because she accompanied her husband to study in Kanguru Country, then she returned to Indonesia and joined with Pekka in 2002. This time, Kodar as Coordinator of livelong Education Program shall responsible to education program activities in Pekka scope which are like : KF (Functional aphabetical), PAUD, Society Reading Park, Advocacy, and enhancing skill for  drop out women.

Adi Nugroho
Program Coordinator of Publication, Documentation and Community Media

Adi, this man usually is called, was born in Bogor on 13 September 1965. He has been joining with Pekka since December 2001 and began his job in PEKKA as supporting staff when PEKKA program had begun. And then he was on duty as OM – Office Manager while PEKKA program has been a pilot project from PMD. By this his duty, he always relates to project administration activity with PMD.

After he has been joining for many years in developing of Micro Small Business ( UKM ) since 2004, but on June 2009, Adi turned bow to coordinate publication activity, documentation, and community media development. His current responsibility is to coordinate his team in video production thing, photograph and video management, development of website, database, bulletin as support system in institution and also community media development which are like community video, community radio and photography in some PEKKA work regions.
 

Fitria Villa Sahara

Romlawati
Coordinator of Economy Empowerment Program

Born in Tegal city, this region is recognized by a small industry. Romlawati has been joining with PEKKA since June 2003. Nowdays, Rom , that is her nick name has responsibility to develop PEKKA program on area of disaster and conflict in Aceh. Besides that, at the beginning of June 2009, Rom also responsibles to economy empowerment ( The Development of Micro Finance Institution and Micro Small Business) in 8 of PEKKA work regions. Some experiences in apprentice world and her role helping her parents business had made her to be more interested in everything which related to financial management. But her education background in agriculture faculty does not make her to be attracted in plant, the other hand she is more interested to learn about condition of society social economic especially for the poor women.

Before he had joined with PEKKA, Rom was a PPSW alumnus ( Center For Woman Resources Development ) with some roles and positions that she had been done which was like a field facilitator, finance manager, moreover Rom had ever been an officer of PIDRA program coordinator (PIDRA =  Participatory Integrated Development in Rainfed Areas) in East Java. That was a collaboration program between NGO and government also to coordinate 6 personnels of local NGO that were more enough experience in organizing society.

Suhendri

Een is his nick name. This man who was born in Pontianak on 5 June 1980 has been joining with PEKKA since 2004. Een has to responsible to inventory of documentation publication equipment, bulletin publishing, poster design, leaflet, some books, photography, and videography. Besides that, this ex-band player also involves in community video development and community radio as technical trainer.

Specialization : Photography, Videography, Graphics design, audio processing.
 

Chairil Anwar

Anwar had begun his career in PEKKA as administration staff since 2002 until 2006. And then in the early of 2007, this daddy of the only one child was born in Pontianak on 18 June 1979 has been officially joining in documentation publication team and community media. Technical things which relate to website, photo management, networking, and computer maintenance become the main responsibility for this man who is interested in computer tinkering.

Specialization: website, computerizing, Graphics Design.

Muhammad Ferryana

Muhammad Ferryana, born in Cirebon on 4 June 1983. He has been in Jakarta and joining immediately in PEKKA on 17 April 2006. This time, Ferry has to responsible to database management of PEKKA group member. The young man who is interested in travelling also can be trusted in software development, both in database processing and the other needs.

Specialization :  Software development

Adam Saputra

After had passed a censor as a apprentice staff of PEKKA on 2007, the young man who was born in Bekasi on 23 September 1988 then tried his lucky in 2008 and officially has been joining in documentation publication team and community media. Adam is trusted to organize administration of documentation publication internal which are like organizing video files, in - out letter of equipment, storaging and disitibuting video.

Besides that, the young man who is interested in doing sport  is often be involved in video production, both as camera arranger and picture editing.

Rudianto

A man who was born in Kuningan on 9 September 1974 has been begining his career in PEKKA since September 2005 as Coordinator of publication, documentation, and community media. After he has been in some activities which need a high creativity for a long time, since on June 2009, Yanto, his intimate nickname, turned into  Finance Manager as his responsibility. His responsibility as Finance Manager is very contrary with his latest position. But, by Yanto education background which fully supports, it makes him to be trusted to responsible to be commander of PEKKA Finance Team. His experience before was an activist of PPSW to finance team and also to audio visual team.

Paula Elina

Paula Elina was born in Pati on 26 Januari 1976. Elin, that is her intimate nick name, She has been joining with iPekka since April 2008. Before that, Elin worked at SEAPCP (South East Asia Popular Communication Program), an NGO networking as Secretariat Manager. Now, Elin is PEKKA National Coordinator Secreatry, besides that, she has been joining in Finance team to manage audit tender and also to be an internal auditor. 
 

Mulyati

Mulyati,  a cute mom who has been given 3 children was born in Jakarta on 1 August 1972. She has been joining with PEKKA since July 2001. Before that, she joined Binara, an NGO which handle a micro business as administration and finance staff . Now Mul, that usually she is called has been joining with PEKKA finance team and responsible to booking staff and financial report. 

Diana Zumroh

A girl who was born in Jakarta on 19 October 1979 has been joining with PEKKA since April 2002 as administration staff. And then in 2003, Diana joined with Finance Team until now. In Finance team, a girl who is interested in reading has a responsibility in cashier because her experience before as booking staff and responsible to financial report .

Nenny Prabandini

Nenny is her impressive name, she was born in Jakarta on  9 March 1967. Nenny has been joining with PEKKA since April 2006. Her daily responsibilities are as booking staff and financial report because her experience before as a cashier.

Purwanto

The boy who was born in Pekalongan on 9 July 1985 has a short nick name, i.e : Poer. He has been beginning her carrer to join with PEKKA since May 2003 as an office boy. But in 2006, Poer tried her lucky at Finance team. His daily assignments is as supporting staff of financial report document.

Nursiana Simanulang

Nursiana Simanulang, A Batak girl who was born in Sitombaga on 26 Juni 1988, had has been begining her career in PEKKA since October 2008. In her career earlier, “Nur”, that is her daily nick name was an apprentice staff in PEKKA on January 2008. She tried her lucky, Nur purposed her self to be  full timer of National Secretary Finance Team. Now, Her responsibilities in finance team are as booking staff and supporting staff of financial report document.   

Indah Fajar Sari

This  girl usually is called “Sari” or more short name is “Ai”, She had been officially joining with PEKKA on April 2006. Sari who was born in Pontianak on 7 Augusts 1986 had joined in PEKKA as administration staff which responsible to manage files and letters for her earlier career. But now, the girl who is interested in eating and singing all daylong has been joining at Finance team to manage financial document .

Endah Kusmawati

This mother from 3 children was born in Jakarta on 2 December 1974 had joined in PEKKA since 5 Oktober 2002 as Office Girl until 2003. And then in March 2003, Endah had new assignments, that was as Receptionist. Her shrill voice suddenly became melodious and warm if she talked with somebody in telephone. Besides that, a woman who never far from food is also responsible to PEKKA library management.

Muhammad Samsul Hadi

Samsul , born in Jakarta on 31 October 1972. This daddy from 2 children has been joining in PEKKA since May 2004. His assignments are driver and expedition who is ready to deliver whenever he is needed. His experience on roadway makes everybody feels pleasant and no need to fear  lost in the way while we are in car. Not only car, but man who is interested in tinkering many kinds of machines also responsible to motor cycle maintenance. So, the conclusion is whatever which relate to motor vehicle  ( service, expedition, etc ) are his responsibilities.

Fuad Zen

When the other employees went home, he had came. But when the other employees came, he had gone home. The job which different dimension has to be accepted a man who was born in Jakarta on 24 April 1977. Since he has been joining with  PEKKA on July 2004, Fuad has assigments as security. A glass of coffee with comparison formula 2 : 1 ( 2 spoon sugar + 1 spoon coffee ) is his loyal friend when he runs his job to make office environment safely
 

Roliati

Mbak Roli, that is she usually is called . Mbak Roli is an office girl. A woman who was born in Cilacap on 9 September 1974 is familiar with assertive and a little bit fierce. By her shrill voice and strong Javanese accent, she can make all National Secreatry to bend they knees if they break her household rules. Mom with 3 children has been joining with  Pekka since November 2007.
